I’m Sajeeta Saroop, an insight-driven strategist with over 30 years of experience helping teams and organizations align around what matters most and then take action with meaning and purpose. I combine deep listening, human insight, and practical strategy to support projects that drive understanding, change, and impact. I work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover what is beneath the surface, translate that into shared understanding, and shape decisions that people can act on with confidence. My experience spans public service, nonprofit, and corporate settings, and includes work in internal transformation, customer experience, research-led strategy, and engagement design.
I'm currently open to short-term consulting or full-time opportunities in Canada or The Netherlands—with a strong desire to return to British Columbia to work on projects that contribute to equity, connection, and lasting community impact.
